Please beware before ordering from this seller. They have horrible customer service and don’t take accountability for what they did wrong. The shoe clearly stated black gloss for the dull black but I received shiny. After trying to resolve amicably she tried to gas light me as if I read it wrong. Glad I took pictures before she switched them but she forgot that her blue ones said gloss as well. Horrible liar.

Customer requested a return because SHE ordered the incorrect shoe size. Not because they are the wrong shoes. She is trying to get around the no return policy. But still I worked with her. She ordered “Gloss Black”. The listing you can select which color you want. She selected “gloss Black” and also ordered the incorrect size. Even with that, I gave her a full refund so this feedback, seems inappropriate, but I guess there are people that are like that.

Received items. Item all liquid. Tweak'd website states its a cream. I requested return Seller respond yes but then stated all hers were liquid & supposed to be like that. Sent pics of liquid on spoon of hers & my original which shows a cream. Sent pic from website showing hand facing camera with a cream. See Pics. Repeatedly asked for return lable, she sent just before ebay would step in. Seller received return and filled dispute with ebay. Ebay gave 100% refund. Stopped communicating with me.

These come from QVC. They are the exact products that QVC ships to all their customers. eBay refunded the seller and also the buyer, because the seller did not return the complete item, making it unuseable. I messaged her and she never replied. eBay is also monitoring her account for misusing the return process. Had to block her

Contentents all liquid, supposed to be a cream Seller agreed to return, but kept saying all hers were liquid. Sent return lable just before Ebay's time frame ended. Product returned but no refund. Contacted ebay they stated seller blocked me so I cound not contact her. Seller buys from Outlet and sells items. If something is wrong with and item of course I use Ebay's Guarantee. Sent return no refund in 3 business days. Ebay sent email asking if seller gave me refund, then ebay refuned me in full
