I wish I could be more positive but my customer service experience wasn’t great. The item is great - a lovely voyage sweater. I knew the seller was away for a month when I bought the item - what I didn’t anticipate was a week of being ghosted and radio silence when I asked for an update. It took multiple emails (which the seller never responded to) and a threat to get EBay involved before my item was mailed and another week for it to arrive. ☹️
