A very hard-to-find, long out of print volume, which I am ever so grateful to now have. Although expensive, this was still a reasonable price given the market for it. This 'fine' edition was carefully wrapped and packaged and mailed the same day. A personal note expressed the meaning that the author has had will influence my own reading.
