I use this product faithfully, and my upper lip is much less "creased" than other people my age. Don't be fooled by te size of the tube--it lasts at least close to 6 mos.

most effective way it works for me is to apply after light abrasion with a "buff puff" or facial sponge to the area around the upper lip. works really well for me! Don't wait until years after the lines start appearing, though...

Dermalect periodical lip cream lessens vertical lip lines.
Permanent perioral lip cream worked for me. It greatly lessened the lines on my upper lip. I used it a.m. and p.m. for a few days. Now just once a day. The lines are not gone but have really improved. I'm happy with the performance of this and other Dermalect products I've tried.
