Great product, shipped quickly for a good price.
The only complaint, and I was so hoping there would be none, is the fact that the tempered glass screen protector with which my Note shipped started coming loose as I was snapping on my new case. Bubbles were formed under the glass so I decided to replace it. Every molecule of adhesive from the tempered glass remained on the screen.
Took about 2 hours, a box of lens wipes and a bunch of rubbing alcohol but I finally have the phone I hoped for.

My item was new in the box sealed as advertized. phone although was great it had a factory defect in the 3.5 mm earphone jack (I think)no sound left channel. I contacted the vendor and received a return shipping tag. the vendor keep in contact via email and text until they received the item. received a refund as stated. VERY happy with this vendor and will continue to purchase though them on ebay

That was how I read the item description. After I realized this and contacted the seller they were very understanding, and helpful in enabling me to return the phone for a deposit. Excellent seller!
