Ordered two graphite ingot moulds, it was poorly packaged and one had broken in transit. I asked the seller supply another one or give me a partial refund and I was initially told that his profit was very small and that he could only offer me 10%. I replied and explained that my problem had nothing to do with his profit on the sale. He promised to supply another one, but nothing has turned up yet.
