    It fits pretty well under the inner band. I think the tape could do to stick a little more, but maybe there's a reason for that. It was packaged well. It's not too much for the amount and specifically a hat. It fit mine pretty well, but I'd get a thicker band next time. I think it's a 7¼ and I was converting to 7⅜. It hugged at just the right amount to not move too much.
