Seller only paid 87 cents for shipping and I had to pay $4.13 for postage even though seller claimed free shipping. I feel scammed because of this. It arrived a week late and the seller is false advertising free shipping which is illegal since it’s not free on the buyer end. I reported them to eBay. The coins arrived over a week late too. Absolutely no communication from seller.
