Their excuse was that the hose had electrical connections the customer could mis-connect. FALSE! This seller had the hose alone (which had no wiring connections, by the way). It was brand new -as advertised. And reached me in 2 days. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Contacted the seller and sent pictures of the wrong part next to my part so they could see what I received did not match. We went through the refund process and in a few days I was able to reorder the part and seller assured me they had the correct part and would hold it for me. Received the second shipment and the second part is correct.
