Came in and they were super nice and one lady helped me load the cage into my car. I’ve assembled it and it’s amazing. One of my two rats passed so I got two new buddies but they need to be separate first. The cage divider works great for that since they can sniff each other through the bars to begin introductions. Instructions were a little hard though
