    Excellent phone with durable quality.

    We have had two other phones like this one from AT&T. One went bad..yet still worked after husband accidentally dropped it in his coffee cup. It still worked but we could not monitor how much battery power was on the phone. Ebay Seller allowed us to get this AT&T Rugby at an excellent value..like new and works great! The phone allows one to text and take pictures...one can get internet service and apply the same features as other phones. We choose not to do this. I want the basic features and text if I need to or take pictures.. Otherwise, I use our laptops or personal computer.

    not working

    I bought a NEW BATTERY AND SIM card for this phone and it still did not work nor hold a charge. I bought this phone for my father and he can not use it. I was told it worked when i bought it (which was very misleading). So NO i am not happy with the product. I have spent more $ on this than we set out to.

    good phone solid choice

    i've been using this phone for 4 years and just keep buying replacements when i kill the one i'm using. they are very sturdy, compact and simple to use. i killed one by washing it, another by running over it and crushing the screen, and replaced a third because i scratched the camera lens so bad my pictures came out fuzzy.
