These folks sent my printer out quick. An error light and flashing low-ink light lit right away, I reached out thinking I'd done something wrong in setup, hoping not to have to return in. In the time it took them to answer me, less than 10 minutes, I checked the ink cartrage. I'll blame my old brain. They were great, the end of their note asking, "Did you add an ink cartrage?" Well I hadn't, guess I imagined it came with a low-level cartrage or something. Added a cartrage, works perfect!

    A great reasonably priced upgrade to my computer.

    I went from a 14" LCD monitor to this 20" widescreen one. Quite a change. After playing with the settings I was able to make use of it's widescreen capabilities & I love it. The picture is clear and sharp and the colors are very accurate. It is lightweight and really doesn't take up much more space than the old Dell monitor. This was important to me. The only thing I don't like is that photos I set as desktop background appear distorted (too wide & not tall enough). That isn't the case with photos viewed while using the computer. Maybe I'll get that problem figured out. Overall, it's a great monitor at a reasonable price.

    Great Product, looks beautiful and works everytime.

    I bought this product because i am a huge fan of asus, i got it at a really good price and i needed a new monitor for my recent computer build. I love that it has both DVI-D connections and VGA connections, Doesnt have speakers and i kinda regret it now by not getting one with speakers but that's my fault. I like the size of it, and the colors look really nice. What i dont like about it is the menu and such, tricky to navigate and tricky to fine tune to your liking but you only have to do that once and you are done with it. I have a sony 17in monitor that i got years ago and while the sony looks great this just blows it away.

    Awesome product.

    Great monitor, crystal clear image. Love it. Asus lives up to its name and is a great little monitor for home computer purposes. Love the widescreen and it isn't overkill for gaming, etc.
