This is the first item ever where there was any problem. When I reported it to the company, they promptly responded with suggestions I could try but the mower would not mow. In just a few hours after emailing the company it would not work, I received an email saying a replacement mower was being shipped. It arrived two days later. I love this battery powered 80 V 21" Nitro mower!!!!
