Well, first of all it was in excellent condition and worked flawlessly, but the software (cnc) os is not supported on chrome. Very upset with my lack of research I contacted support and to my relief they sent me a return order shipping label within minutes. In that same correspondence, they narrowed down some choices based on the software requirements and I ordered a second computer, returned the chrome and upon them receiving the computer they reimbursed my account.
