    Unparalleled drama of delightful historical significance

    Downton Abbey is a beautiful period piece with many well-developed and really engaging characters, with a good portion being women. The well-scripted language, interesting turns of plot, fine acting, gorgeous settings, and sumptuous costumes, all with fine attention to historical detail, makes this series truly worthy of the great acclaim it has received.

    A very interesting and entertaining story!

    It’s a great show! I watched most of it on pbs, but love rewatching favorite shows. These classics show a great deal of history, from the elite, to the gardener. Nice scenery and beautiful house!

    Downtown is well done!

    Very much enjoyed the third season. I've ordered season 4 as well. I wanted to have the whole collection so I can look back and remember how I got to Season 6. So many changes and so many dramatic events that evolved over the last 14 years at Downton I'm sad to see it go. Looking forward to the next big drama for the writers.
