It arrived fast and the undercarriage seems sturdier than my last chair. It’s comfortable and I sleep in it a lot. The massage works great but I really don’t feel the heat function much. I like the power headrest too. That helps a lot.
Being disabled I spend a lot of time in it, and I’m pretty pleased with it.

Originally the listing was not gonna arrive until 3 weeks after I purchased the table but the seller reached out to me and stated that they would be able to ship the item quicker. As all other user feedback, all you have is a exploded picture to go by. If you can follow that without directions, then this is a great deal as the parts used are not cheap junk.
