    Still not a Smoke

    As a "premium" cigarette smoker for 45 years I have ruined my respiratory system, now being very prone to bronchitis, pneumonia, and most other such illnesses. I've tried most of the non-smoking nicotine delivery products, as well as prescription abatement products, and find that the gum is the most similar to smoking as far as controllable to the desired level. I've tried a few bargain brands and consider Nicorette to be the best quality.

    Original flavor is not the best. The delicious spearmint is better tasting, but is also more of a temptation. Original is probably a good idea for this reason.
