I contacted the seller telling them what had happened and even sent them photos. The reply I got was very direct saying royal mail sed it was undamaged and delivered in good time. Which yes it was delivered in good time but unfortunately the seller isn't going to refund or send items that are owing to me. Basically calling me a liar. I'm really disappointed. Not a good seller.!!!
