Shipping was timely and well packaged. The battery power bank works well after leaving it to charge overnight. This power bank charges at a fast rate of 5V/2A then slows down to a 5V/1A once the device that's being charged reach a certain percentage like 94% until it is done charging. Majority of the power banks will use more of its battery to be able charge at that faster rate. Overall, the seller offered a good email explaining their policies. Would recommend.

After a couple of days testing out the power bank, it would only charge a 4500 battery only 2 times before needing to be recharged. Thus, it can be concluded that this battery power bank is only about 10000 mAh and not 20000 mAh.
