Most of the controll buttons of My Panasonic massage chair became difficult to operate then failed completely over approximately 18 years. I couldn’t find a replacement controller anywhere. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back.
