    I purchased concrete tiles from your site. You said there were 12 boxes available. I purchased 7 of them. Immediately, my order was refunded and your site sent an email saying the items are not available in your inventory. I contacted you multiple times about the order and did not receive any response. Your site still says there are 5 boxes available and 7 recently sold. I'm disappointed in your service.

On October 7, I sent the following email to the seller: "Please let me know when you will be returning and sending this item in my cart" I never received an answer. On October 26 my order was confirmed and I was charged for the product and was given an estimated delivery date of October 30 to November 3. On November 9, I received a refund November 11. I wanted the product not a refund. Worst experience
