Got the fish in 2 days alive and healthy. I was worried at first due to how inactive the fish is but was told it’s normal for the species. It’s currently underneath the sand somewhere in my tank. Fish is shipped with a heat pad and insulation within the box. Seller respond to all my questions, would recommend and order from them again.
