Not quite the right part for 2004 Mazda 3 automatic transmission.
It doesn't quite fit. Close, but not close enough. It was said to fit my 2004 Mazda 3, but it doesn't. If I use the photo attached to this rating page; the narrowest width on the end that goes to the back side of the transmission (on the right in the picture here), is too wide for my car. The one shown in the picture would fit, as it is narrow enough. The one I was shipped is subtly different in that regard and a few of the bolts that hold the assembly together. In the photo I attached, the one on the left is the one I took out of the car; the left the one I was shipped.It doesn't quite fit. Close, but not close enough.
