They are professionals with a lot of knowledge and can advice you. 3. They test the equipment before shipping, loading BIOS as required to make sure you get working server. 4.     CPUs didn't fix the issue.

    CPUs did not solve my issue. The problem turn out to be a defective CPU socket(CPU 2). Will need to replace the system board. CPU 1 worked with either of the new CPUs but CPU 2 had a voltage regulator issue.
