Seller sent the item on time, new and as pictured so I'm giving positive feedback for good service. But I would not describe the product as non binding diabetic socks. Though I am a small person, they feel tight like compression stockings. Also, the tops squeezed my leg painfully, so I couldn't use them. Can't blame the seller for how they were manufactured.
