The lights arrived each inside of a box with bubble wrap. They both had halogen bulbs installed.
Does not include the metal “retainers” to hold the light into the vehicle. Must reuse old or obtain separate.
Overall for the money I mean 4.3 out of 5 missing the two cents worth of metal to make this a complete set and being slightly deformed. One light was not seating into its bracket. The bracket was too big. The aim screw and one side holds it in place. It’ll be fine I guess.

Idem took a while to receive due to it getting lost in the mail. Great communication with this seller! Tracked down the package and said it would arrive in a few more day. Idem arrived just as sell said but box was damaged during shipping. Opened up the box and product was cracked. Took pictures and sent them to seller explaining the situation. Seller responded quickly and said just keep what you got and I'll refund your money. Money was refunded the very next day.
