I ordered from this seller because they advertised they would ship the item in a priority mail padded envelope. Instead they shipped it usps ground so it took longer. I messaged the seller about the shipping and they never answered. The part did not fix my problem so I don't know yet whether it was defective or it is something else causing the problem.
