I was anxious to get my replacement pen after I lost mine. However when it arrived the box was ripped open and empty!! Needless to say I was a bit upset. It was obvious that the damage had been done during shipping., so I contacted the Seller and sent them a picture of the box. They responded almost immediately and were more than gracious to offer to send a replacement for my replacement! It came safe and sound a few days later. Thank you again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
