Great customer service. I have narrow tires 26" x 1.95. Inserts sent 26"1.95-2.5 would not fit into tire and back on rim even after trimming sides 2". I tried different tires. Lisa, their customer service rep, sent the next thinner size 26" x 1.6-1.9 inserts. They are @ half the size and thickness but went on without a struggle. Much less protection but all that will fit into my small tires. Will try anyway. Tannus chart should note that tire volume affects fit and offer some intermediate sizes.
