    wire stripper

    very well made heavier than expected,,,does the job well,,only thing is i wished it had more guide plates for different wire sizes,,it comes with one plate with 2 holes,,although it works very well with what was there,,,works fast with drill,,,,would have been 5 stars if it had at lease 1 more guide plate,,i recommend this product,,if you have large quality of wire or doing string regular i would say buy the motorized version,,,taterhead3e

    Not worth it at all..

    I have watched videos and have tried everything and can not get this machine to cut wire ? Just slips to the side of the cutter. The blade will not turn?? I am very disappointed in this product. It looks so easy to use, but is not. Will not even take the wire most of the time no matter how you feed it in? It is made well . But if it won't do the job it is no good.

    Poorly made with no support

    I think it would work fine but the one I bought cracked when adjusting the cutting wheel and starting the first wire run. I have a friend who has the same unit I have used so I knew how to adjust it. The frame holding the cutter wheel is a composite material, not metal, and it is what is cracked. It will not work as designed now. I asked about sending it back or getting parts and was told no way with supply chain, so I have a worthless new cutter on a work bench. I would say it is not stout enough to stand up to the task of stripping any quantity or size. Let the buyer beware on this one

    time saver; money maker

    this product stands alone when it comes to stripping wire, i along with my wife are very very impressed with this little work saver. now its not a job anymore its fun, i have been telling alot of people about this product and like me at first i was skeptical, well let me tell i showed some friends how it works, and you should have seen the look on there faces. i rate this product 5 stars plus two thumbs up. keep up the good quality usa mowerblades. paul

    Solid product with few flaws.

    Solid product ready to use out of the box. Learning to adjust the blade height is a bit of a learning curve, feed is a good steady speed to mix safety and efficiency. Blade has a few tiny dings in it after stripping a few hundred pounds but thats probably to be expected and also due to pressing down a bit too far on some cables in the learning process. Purchased an extra blade with the order just in case. Product is made well, sturdy, just be sure to shut the motor off once in a while to cool it down so it doesnt overheat because it does get hot. Loose strands can hit the right path once in a while and go into the fan housing, be cautious until you know how wire reacts when feeding through. 8/10 product.
