I messaged seller before buying if it was for free shipping as stated in the posting, seller said yes. Purchased item, then seller said I chose pickup which I did not. Seller said he would relist it but there is no record of being relisted, so I am out the laptop

It was free shipping but I didn't know that the item was for pick up only so I had to change the item to shipping. In order for me to do that I had to relist the item. But before I did that I sent you a message stating that I will be refunding you and you can try and purchase it again. It's not my fault someone beat you on buying it. Stop crying as if you didn't get a refund.
