The rug is gorgeous. I bought 2 of them, 1 for the dining room, 1 for the adjoining living room. I chose this color because of its brightness to brightened up the rooms. I should have paid more attention to the title which says, "midnight" because the reality is this rug is dark, so that my rooms ended up darker than before. The picture is very misleading; e.g., the blue is actually almost black. Gorgeous rug, yes, but very disappointing. As for the sellers, no response to any of my e-mails.

Gooey gel leaks with first use
I was very hopeful that this cooling mat would be a comfortable layer for my 108 pound older dog, but out of the package there was a light coating of gel. I cleaned it off and we took it on vacation and the morning after the first night my dog slept on it, gel was oozing. We had to throw it in the trash. The gel is a huge mess. This was a very bad purchase, and a costly one. Not perfect but still GREAT
This really does stay cooler. My only concern is that the substance inside the plastic has a tendency to move around inside the outside covering, especially along one or more edges. This movement results in double thickness of the jell in some areas and no jell along the edge. I tried to knead the jell back to its original position but was unable to do so. IT STILL WORKS GREAT THOUGH! My Silver Tip German Shepard has soooo much hair and its been so hot in Fort Worth, he says THANKS!This really does stay cooler.
