I placed an order Nov 24 & received a confirming eBay e-mail later on Nov 23 confirming my order & estimating receipt between Nov 29 and Dec 4. Since I never received the item, on Dec 6, I contacted this seller. They did promptly reply this afternoon: "I'm so sorry for the delay on your items, I somehow missed it" and asked if I was still interested in the item. I've notified them that I've decided to cancel the order& requested a full refund. I'm not likely to order from them again.
