I ordered 2 x 140mm PC fans, both fans arrived with broken blades, I requested a refund and was offered half refund without having to ship back, I declined and was granted a full refund with free shipping back.
In the end, I am out no money, I received 2 broken fans, and shipped back 2 broken fans for a full refund.
But I would have rather have had my 2 fans working with no refund required.
Postal mistakes happen, just a caution if you require these fans to work the day they are delivered.
