The item was falsely advertised. The box showed that it was a higher quality brand/product, but a lower quality brand/product was what was shipped. When I contacted the seller, their response was that I should have noticed that in the pictures even though all but one of the pictures were showing the product that was listed and described. They offered me to return the product, but stopped responding when I implied they should pay for the return shipping because they falsely advertised.
