At least on my system - a 100 watt per channel Yamaha receiver and Klipsch speakers - it didn't sound as good as the non-remastered version I have. Tones that should have been stable seemed to waver. Didn't sound good at higher volumes of 80 to 85 db or so. The disc seemed well made, so I'm not knocking its quality. But I'll be looking for yet another pressing; probably the MFSL version.

It's the Who! What can I say? Everything the Who does is great. Tommy is a Rock Opera. The origianl CD is 100% better than the movie, I think. I am old enough to have seen the movie when it premiered in Hollywood, Ca. So of course, I love the Who. They are my generation!
