Great Seller communication. I have the batteries installed in my phones and this should fix the low charge problem I was having. Thank you!

However, even if not completely the seller's fault, the packaging, which was a simple plastic bag, allowed for USPS to crush and damage the contents during shipment, the batteries were not damaged but came out of their respective boxes inside the envelope. Other than that, good experience with the seller.
