    I went to Best Buy, got an HP credit towards a new HP ENVY 7155 printer;

    When it arrived, I replaced all ink cartridges with new ones; it would not print black & the color print was faint. Print head must have been blocked. I tried HP Print Doctor & diagnostics to correct but still no print.

    PRINTER DOESN'T PRINT!!!

    Very hard to use when the printer doesnt print at all. I went through two sets of ink to clean both the printer and the printhead with little sucess.

    It's a nice printer when it works, but it's expensive to operate.
