Doesn’t appear to have any defects other than a small chip on the bottom. SSD is in good health, got 3.5 hours of battery life playing YouTube videos. Disassembled without issue, just a lot of effort given the inverted board. Insides seemed clean. There was no holding screw for the additional SSD slot, so I had to repurpose one. Undervolting was locked but pulled it off with a guide. I’m not a laptop connoisseur, but overall I’m pretty satisfied, especially for $880, and that screen is gorgeous.

It took two tries to get this laptop, the first arrived damaged and I had to return it and order another one. This one is in good condition and is working well. I would suggest for Acer to package these better in the future to avoid so much headache on both sides.

Monitor arrived on time with very cheap packaging. Still, it looked good on the outside - screen seemed great. As you can see from the picture they sent me a defective unit that wasn’t even repaired properly. It is insane to me how they listed it as ‘Certified Refurbished’ in the first place.
Communication is horrible. I would be lucky to get one message a day from them. They also refused to replace it for me - would have made things a lot easier. I was gonna buy another one but not anymore.

Perfect and as described, this monitor is a bargain at this price point, as new condition combined with a 2 year Allstate warranty. Come packaged efficiently even though in a generic package. No instructions come with the monitor, but, really, do we still need instructions to be printed?
