i didnt get a plus one literally had 5 alive and 3 dead and just pieces of shrimp. sent pic they refunded me 10 dollars im reporting this cus this is rediculous they could of sent replacement and it would of been alright but didnt even discuss it just sent 10 dollars this place is not a good place to order from

All the shrimp arrived alive and they were packaged great! Really good effort by this seller to make sure that the shrimp were as comfortable as possible during transit. I even got my shrimp in early and they’re already sat in my tank working away! I will definitely be purchasing from them again just due to the fact they put so much care they put into making sure the shrimp arrived safely!

These fish far exceeded my expectations. They were expertly packed and shipped unbelievably fast. I literally gasped out loud when I pulled the male out of the box. Thank you so much. Shrimp all arrived alive and healthy! Great packaging and communication. There was an error on the sellers part causing the shipment to have to be returned and re-shipped, which was frustrating, but the seller was super communicative and offered options for solutions. I did have to reach out first after a week of my package sitting at a warehouse, which was frustrating and is my only reason for 4 stars, since they were super communicative after I did reach out to them.
