This is yet another example of countless customers that feel the same way. In fact, this was a sale in which we lost money on. The one thing my siblings tell me all the time (Family Owned Business). Is that I put so much energy into every customer no matter what they spend. This buyer has been on ebay for over 10yrs. and has purchased over a 1,000 times and said that this was the best he has ever been treated and no one else in all the years has ever shown genuine service like we did.

It's important to note that a great buyer makes all the difference too. Why do we say this? Because every so often, we get consumers that do not understand all the work put into what we do & it sometimes takes them reading countless reviews to see.
