    Picture showed two items. Description said: "this is a Snapper deck hanger bracket, that is used but like new. 7033383. you both brackets. there is no returns allowed on parts or kits" Seller shipped me only one item and insisted that listing stated auction was for ONE ITEM. WHAT the heck does "you both brackets" mean if it doesn't mean the auction is for both brackets? It certainly doesn't mean "you get one bracket"

    Seller grudgingly shipped me second item. I should have owed him nothing for it, because his listing showing two items and stating "you both brackets". But I gave him the benefit of the doubt and sent him a check for the second item. Now I think he's upset that I did not pay shipping twice. Well, he needs to take responsibility for his error. I don't think the seller is a bad guy. I think he just doesn't understand the need to be very clear in descriptions.
