      Ordered this part, installed it. It was defective. Client wanted laptop back so I got them an original from Dell. Worked perfect. Gave system back to client. Seller won't take part back or refund unless i send a video which is impossible since I don't have clients computer anymore.

      Our keyboard is the original new and before sending,we have tested it and everything is ok!We have asked the buyer to offer the test video,but he refused and only want the refund and threat us to give the bad feedback!
