Thank you for taking the time to craft these brackets . These are the only ones known to exist to make this repair . Appreciating your great efforts so that all will have firmly mounted mirrors once again . One down and one to go . Mirror back in place . I cut down a 1/4 x 20 bolt with a hole drilled in one side for the spring since the original spring post was rotted / broken which made reinstallation a little easier . I used a hook pick to pull the spring and new post to install a nut . A+++++
