In the home release KUNDALINI YOGA FOR BEGINNERS AND BEYOND, Singh and Brett lead the unschooled and newly trained in a series of two 25-minute yoga sets that can be performed alone or with a partner: "Rise and Spine," a routine used to keep the back healthy and elevate energy levels, and "Five Tibetans," exercises that keep the body young, flexible and healthy. The release also includes a meditation session.
