I think this pillow is a Manufactuers second as the gel is fine but the actual foam of the fillow is rather *holey*at one end i.e. has not expanded properly still ok to use though just wont last as long as my old one that this replaced.

Certainly, your product is not the worst but unfortunately, it caused me a shoulder injury. After sleep using it for 5 nights I couldn’t mover my neck because of all my muscles were hurting with a lot of pain and stress.

    gel chill pillow

    It was as described but it is possible a second by the maker. the foam of the pillow is not complete at one side it looks as if the foam is *holey* and not complete. I am using it as it was a replacement for one I had but I dont expect it to last as long; it is better than an ordinary pillow..
