    Did not come in new as advertised, it was bent and they rarely respond and I had to handle it myself through PRL. This is not the first product I bought from them, they also sold me an intake that wasn’t complete and I had to contact PRL to replace the parts that was missing when they advertised new. most definitely do not recommend buying from this seller unless you want poor communication and damaged/missing parts that are advertised “New” They tried blaming shipping. Box was perfect.

    sorry for the incident we did contacted PRL for the issues and they are dealing directly with the buyer for the missing parts and replacement of the bent pipe

    A lil delay on the shipping but hey i’m from canada, was expecting it on the 10th of june and got it on the 20th all good though i got my package in one piece, customer service is pretty quick to reply, tracking was provided with DHL, on the packaging side i can see the bolts kinda sticking out the box but i blame tein for that they should've pack it better overall so far i dont see any damage on my coilovers. I can sed my self buying again from this seller in the future! ✌🏻
