I'd caution going to this co's website like they ask you too in any and all correspondense. I took a few pics and required and contacted the seller. They promptly emailed me back and sent me a partial refund. FedEx delayed the first shipment too long which was not the seller’s fault, but it did mean some shrimp did not survive the overly long trip, but this seller promptly sent a replacement shipment. Seller then kept in contact with me until it was received and all was well. Highly recommend!! Also, would like to add that seller uses a bagging system that is excellent. Seller was kind enough to re-send a package 3 times at no cost. The 3rd finally arrived by the end of last month, but once again due to the carrier, only 2 survived. Seller kindly accepted my request for a replacement rather than a refund. So a 4th package was sent, and the UPS finally delivered on time.
