FedEx delayed the first shipment too long which was not the seller’s fault, but it did mean some shrimp did not survive the overly long trip, but this seller promptly sent a replacement shipment. Seller then kept in contact with me until it was received and all was well. Highly recommend!! Also, would like to add that seller uses a bagging system that is excellent.
