    2002 Ford Excursion

    “We cannot take back installed or tried parts.” They sell you a part that doesn’t fit. I’ve listed line 4 of their return policy... if you tried it, it cannot be replaced, even if it doesn’t fit. The part they say will fit doesn’t but I opened the bag and tried it... now I’m stuck with it.
